Senior Business Analyst - 24 month FTC

JDRoss are supporting a global business for their search for a senior ETRM business analyst. This is the chance join a global business who are growing substantially and have been established for over 20 years.

You will be working within the regulatory and transformation programmes

Responsibilities

• You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
• You’ll act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• In this role, you’ll not only lead critical initiatives but also mentor and guide Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Your core responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process optimization, analysing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge
• Can provide advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption to business/stakeholders of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards;
• Has planned and scoped, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives;
• Has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques;
• Advises on the choice of techniques and approaches and influences customers accordingly.
• Ideally you will have managed teams or mentioned junior remember of staff
• Understanding of the deal lifecycle
