Job Description: Responsibilities Leads Operations Excellence: Oversees and manages all areas of German Doner Kebab Restaurant Ensures guest service exceeds company standards and maintains high guest satisfaction Responds efficiently to guest complaints and takes appropriate action Enforces high quality of products served Organizes and supervises shifts for team and guest satisfaction Trains and develops team through organized training and feedback Appraises team performance and provides feedback Manages stock, forecasts requirements, and minimizes wastage Ensures compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations Controls costs and minimizes waste for maximum profitability Promotes and publicizes the GDK brand Nurtures a positive working environment Monitors operations and initiates corrective actions Acts as duty manager on rotation Leads financial areas including sales, costs, and profits Analyzes and plans sales and profitability Organizes marketing activities Prepares operational reports Develops plans for sales, profit, and staff development Sets and manages budgets Coordinates restaurant operations during shifts Manages team welfare and adherence to standards Handles guest interactions and reservations Supervises kitchen, dining, and counter shifts Maintains quality, hygiene, and safety standards Manages stock levels and supplies Prepares cash drawers and petty cash Supports restaurant operations as needed Encourages teamwork and positive environment Completes shift reports and attends training Performs other duties as required Ensures restaurant security Coordinates stock deliveries and maintains records Collaborates with franchisees on accounts and deliveries Administers stock control and budgets Monitors stock storage and ordering Ensures excellent customer service Monitors staff training and performance reviews Maintains high food quality standards Supports staff during peak times Maintains staff grooming and legal compliance Ensures food safety standards are met Maintains equipment and preventative maintenance Business Relationships Team members and Supervisors Store Management Team GDK personnel Store Franchisee Qualifications A qualified candidate should have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
