Our Revenue & Pricing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving occupancy and revenue optimisation across our European portfolio. By analysing market data, in-year performance, forecasting future demand, and aligning rate strategies with business objectives, this role helps ensure commercial success in a dynamic, seasonal market. You’ll collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver data-led insights and support strategic pricing decisions. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and internal performance data to develop informed pricing strategies. Support the annual and in-season pricing cycle, ensuring rate structures align with business objectives and market conditions to maximise occupancy and performance. Monitor and forecast occupancy, revenue, and rents, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with local and central marketing to ensure pricing strategies support wider asset strategy, including digital spend and incentives. Collaborate with Revenue reporting team to maintain dashboards and reports to track revenue performance. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing revenue performance insights and identifying risk areas. Support the use and optimisation of revenue management systems and data tools. Experience and Knowledge: Essential: High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI). Previous experience in pricing, revenue management, or analysis roles. Desirable: Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or real estate sectors. Understanding of seasonal demand cycles in student accommodation. Familiarity with revenue management systems or pricing software.
