A Typical Day In This Role Includes Develop and implement strategies to drive online business performance Lead the expertise in the operation of our online platforms, creating and sharing best practise between BUs to drive business capability and growth Analyse data to identify performance, customer trends and create plans to further improve performance Drive full adoption of digital platform features to improve customer interaction and experience Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key trading metrics. Use insights to create actions and to drive optimisation to improve online performance. Influence BU teams to implement these actions Work with the rest of the online business team to conduct regular reviews of the customer funnel using both data and best practise to identify trends and areas of opportunity to reduce abandonment Collaborate with other teams such as digital marketing, analytics and UX teams to drive wider growth Be aware of new approaches in the market and conduct regular competitor reviews to enhance our customer offering and proposition Collaborate with our strategic supplier partners to leverage mutual expertise to deliver projects as required Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and BUs in order to be able to influence and have impact Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business unit key contacts, digital marketing teams, tech teams, and other team members to ensure effective collaboration.
