We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to complement our friendly and committed team. The team is based in our Royal Wootton Bassett office and deals with a wide range of property sales and acquisitions, refinancing and leases. We would consider applicants for our Swindon and Calne office, as well as hybrid/remote working.
Our solicitors have particular expertise in working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy, and diversification projects. We also specialise in pension property work. We are uniquely placed to offer high quality and varied work within a friendly high street practice.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a consistently high quality of legal service to our clients
- Dealing with matters in a practical and commercial manner
- Handling your own caseload with minimal supervision and assisting others on larger and more complex transactions
You will need excellent communication skills. You will have a proven ability to work to deadlines with a busy caseload. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail. Experience in a broad range of commercial property matters will be highly regarded. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an individual with at least 3 years PQE (Solicitor or CILEX).
