What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the go-to expert for clinical support — guiding healthcare professionals through device programming, patient follow-ups, and technical troubleshooting
- Ensure clinical teams are fully equipped and confident in using the technology across scheduled procedures
- Support surgeons and clinicians in theatres, enabling seamless use of systems and freeing up sales teams to focus on growth
- Collaborate with commercial teams to assess client needs and tailor support accordingly
- Manage all post-implementation support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and optimal patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related healthcare or scientific field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, with the flexibility to travel extensively (over 50% travel required)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, field-based role
- Desirable (but not essential): Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital-based clinical roles
- Background as a theatre nurse, ODP, or in a similar clinical capacity
- Exposure to direct client or healthcare provider interaction
