Are you a data-driven CRM specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and customer experience? As Senior CRM Specialist, you'll take ownership of digital communications for a fast-growing product line, driving customer retention and revenue across email, push, and SMS. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Operations and BI teams to craft and execute campaigns that engage, convert, and add real customer value. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone ready to step up, shape strategy, and own execution in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and deliver CRM campaigns that boost adoption of digital add-ons and subscription extras across multiple markets
- Lead strategy and execution across email, SMS, and push – owning planning, testing, optimisation and performance
- Leverage customer insights and segmentation to create personalised journeys and offers
- Define campaign logic, automate workflows, and report on commercial outcomes
- Constantly test and learn – from copy to content to segmentation – using tools like Iterable, Looker, or equivalents
- Hands on e-commerce CRM or email marketing experience
- Strong track record in campaign performance, segmentation and automation
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, etc.) and BI tools (Looker, GA4, etc.)
- Commercially minded, you understand metrics like AOV, CLTV, and retention
- Analytical and confident interpreting data to inform strategy
- Proactive, collaborative, and excited by the pace of a high-growth brand
- Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home)
