- Must have the right to live and work in the EU or Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia
- Captains - 3,500 total hours on short-haul, long-haul, and/or turbine (multi-crew) jets
- Date of last commercial flight within the preceding 6 months preferred (not mandatory)
- Type Rated Captains - 1,000 PIC hours on Airbus aircraft & 500 hours on A320
- Non Type-Rated Captains - 1,000 PIC Hours on Airbus OR 1,500 hours on aircraft with MTOW >50,000 kg AND 1,000 PIC hours on aircraft with MTOW>50,000 kgs
