Job Description

My client is the investment arm of a leading, global real estate group. They are looking to hire a dedicated lawyer to support this part of the business in what will be a very caried role.

With the support of a wider group legal team, and an incumbent who is transitioning into a commercial role, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all legal work relating to the investment business and will advise on a range of funds, asset management agreements, company secretarial and compliance matters.
