We’re looking for an Ad Ops Executive (Print) to join the Our Media Studio team and help support the ideation and delivery of commercial campaigns that run within Our Media (OM) and Our Media Agency (OMA). Aligning our creative and operational teams in OM Studio, we have an opportunity to offer market leading campaigns to clients, that we can deliver to our audiences via clear and efficient workflows.

Working across both OM and OMA brands, as the Ad Ops Exec you will be responsible for coordinating the production of advertisements for our portfolio of print and digital publications. You will support the work of our sales’ teams by managing the end-to-end delivery of all campaign assets. The role primarily involves liaising with external clients and other internal departments, and working in accordance with our workflow systems, practices and scheduled deadlines.

Requirements:
