The Vendor Performance Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring vendors’ performance against service levels expected by Screwfix. This involves inputting and evaluating data on whether vendors are delivering on time, in full and without error, working with other functions and vendors to improve key performance indicators. Key responsibilities Manages day to day processes associated with gathering performance data, building reports which inform key stakeholders as required Maintain the Supply Chain Vendor Database Act as the primary point of contact for all correspondence between Screwfix, their Vendors and other stakeholders through the Vendor Performance Mailbox Provides internal training to Screwfix teams and Vendors in regard of the P.O. Management Portal, our KPI requirements and processes Obtain, analyse and summarise compensation data, building and issuing compensation claims Resolve any claim challenges using own judgement and work alongside the Vendor Performance Manager in managing compensation disputes Liaise with our third party logistic providers (and other internal stakeholders as applicable) to resolve any vendor issues or disputes Leads the Vendor Induction Programme for Supply Chain through managing & collating the list of attendees to presenting to Vendors in the distribution network. Provide support/guidance on all aspects of the Vendor Manual Provide support to the wider Supply Chain and Trading teams within vendor meetings as required Looks for and provides insight to the Vendor Performance Manager on new opportunities to improve vendor performance and develop new processes Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in either a supply or logistics role Demonstrable experience of analysing multiple data sets in a supply chain environment Evidence of good inter-personal skills both written and oral Highly competent in the use of analytical functionality of Excel Demonstrable ability to create complex reports Full UK Driving License – Must be able to travel to Head Office or Distribution Centres / vendors when required At Screwfix, Your Wellbeing Comes First: We’re dedicated to helping you thrive at work and at home.
