Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to oversee the full housing management of new-build Build to Rent (BTR) developments in Clapham Junction and Hayes & Harlington. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional resident experience while ensuring the smooth operational management of our portfolio. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes. Key responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for residents in BTR properties Manage the entire tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs. Plan and deliver quarterly engagement events to build a sense of community Oversee day-to-day building operations including repairs, defect tracking, and estate services. Conduct regular site inspections and generate reports on property condition Key requirements: Experience in Build to Rent, Residential Lettings preferable and Block/Leasehold Management Personable, well-organised, and a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. Flexible with working hours to support resident needs. Possess or be willing to obtain an ARLA Level 3 or MIRPM qualification.
