Stealth IT Consulting is expanding, and we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our Contract Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and screen high-quality digital professionals for contract roles
- Manage the full 360 or 180 recruitment lifecycle (depending on your strengths), with a core focus on delivery
- Build and maintain a strong contractor bench, ensuring candidate readiness for new roles
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client briefs and project scopes
- Conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records via CRM/ATS and provide reporting as required
- Stay up to date with market trends, rates, and talent availability across digital skill sets
- Proactively pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles
Requirements
- Proven track record in contract/temp recruitment, ideally within the digital or tech sector
- Strong knowledge of digital roles such as: Software Development, DevOps, UX/UI, Product, Agile Delivery, and Data
- A consistent history of hitting delivery KPIs and filling roles at pace
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, highly organised, and self-motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting into government or regulated industries (e.g. GDS-aligned roles, SC clearance)
- Familiarity with IR35 and contract compliance processes
- Knowledge of digital transformation project environments
