This is a key role in the team to develop their digital outreach, primarily through email marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, working alongside a wider team of 17+ IT & Digital professionals and key business stakeholders you’ll create powerful communications plans for both retail and wholesale sectors. Your role will involve thorough data manipulation and reporting and expertise in Excel to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement. Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate data sets and generate comprehensive reports, reporting to stakeholders across the business. Customer insights: Design and execute surveys to gather customer feedback and insights. Analyse survey data and summarise key findings to share with stakeholders across the business. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistency across channels. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and email marketing campaigns, ideally within a B2B or B2C context. Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting, with advanced Excel skills essential for interpreting complex datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with DotDigital or similar email marketing platforms preferred. Adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks in a detail- oriented environment. Basic HTML knowledge would be beneficial.
