We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing media organisation for the role of Procurement Assistant. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supplier communication, stakeholder management and spend analysis
  • Contract oversight to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
  • Work on diverse procurement projects with varying risk, value, and timelines
  • Assist managers with strategy execution
  • Support project and contract prioritisation
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • A background in Procurement with IT exposure
  • An understanding of licensing frameworks and measurement metrics is ideal
  • Knowledge of the Purchase-to-Pay cycle and practical experience with spend management platforms, for example, Coupa
  • Proficient Negotiator
  • Highly organised
  • Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills across all levels
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI
