We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing media organisation for the role of Procurement Assistant. What you’ll be doing:
- Supplier communication, stakeholder management and spend analysis
- Contract oversight to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
- Work on diverse procurement projects with varying risk, value, and timelines
- Assist managers with strategy execution
- Support project and contract prioritisation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- A background in Procurement with IT exposure
- An understanding of licensing frameworks and measurement metrics is ideal
- Knowledge of the Purchase-to-Pay cycle and practical experience with spend management platforms, for example, Coupa
- Proficient Negotiator
- Highly organised
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills across all levels
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI
