The Role We are looking for a Digital Product & UX Designer to join Ffern. Reporting to the Design Director, they will work alongside a UI Designer and collaborate with Tech, Growth and Content to own and elevate ffern.co – finessing existing features and streamlining the process by which new ones are designed, tested and launched. They will become a point person for UX, dependencies, digital QA and systematic alignment between design and dev. Key Responsivities Advocate, implement and uphold outstanding, brand-aligned design and UX on ffern.co across seasonal and evergreen touchpoints Project manage updates and new features, prioritising strategically, facilitating productive cross-team collaboration, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Establish and enact process for design-dev handoff and QA Working closely with a UI Designer, analyse and improve user journeys – supporting your work with qualitative and quantitative insight In collaboration with our content team, ensure strategic and consistent use of CMS Become the point person for hidden caveats, complexities and interdependencies as our website evolves – aiming at all times for coherent and scalable systems You Profile 3+ years experience in digital product design and/or management Expertise in web design principles, user flows and website analytics Experience collaborating with designers and developers A record of strategic project management, supported by excellent communication Case studies to demonstrate the impact of your creativity, design acumen and strategic approach to digital product/UX, with a focus on proactivity and ownership What We Offer Competitive salary: Experience dependent. Healthcare: Private healthcare offered as standard. Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, growing by 1 day per year spent with us. Remote work: All full-time London studio roles are three days a week in the studio, with two days flexible (team lunch at a top Hackney eatery if you come in on the flexible days).
