Based in London, our hospitality client seeks a commercially focused individual to join them as a Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis. This job would suit an experienced Revenue Manager to be responsible for managing hotel revenue streams, optimising pricing and distribution strategies, and driving overall revenue performance across all departments.
This UK-based hospitality group operates successfully within the premium hotel sector, with a growing portfolio of properties across key destinations. The business continues to invest in both people and technology, ensuring consistent revenue performance and market competitiveness.
The successful individual will have proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector, with strong knowledge of revenue management systems such as Duetto and property management systems. Excellent forecasting, analytical and commercial skills are essential, alongside strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership qualities.
Job responsibilities:
- Maximise daily hotel revenue through effective yield management and pricing strategy
- Implement and optimise Duetto (RMS) to drive pricing decisions and revenue performance
- Monitor and analyse daily room pick-up, competitor pricing, and market trends
- Conduct daily competitor analysis to ensure rate competitiveness
- Manage distribution channels and ensure content accuracy across online platforms
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with detailed commentary
- Chair weekly commercial meetings, producing action plans to address revenue variances
- Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and action plans for revenue shortfalls
- Manage and develop the reservations team, ensuring consistent standards and training
- Oversee group bookings and maintain effective enquiry and conversion processes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximise sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
- Support wider commercial performance across accommodation, food & beverage, and corporate sales
- Maintain strong communication with Group Revenue Manager and central office stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across central systems, including daily, weekly, and monthly submissions
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, departmental cost control, and system optimisation
