You will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, coordinating supply chain partners and ensuring that suitably qualified and equipped operatives are deployed to deliver works safely, on time and to the required standard. You will have proven experience supervising teams within a project management or site-based delivery environment, with strong capability in planning, cost control, stakeholder management and performance management. A qualification at HND level (or equivalent experience) in a building, civil, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline is essential, along with a management-level health and safety qualification such as SMSTS. You will be comfortable using IT systems including CAFM platforms and Microsoft applications, and committed to ongoing professional development.
