We are partnering with a leading, international Crypto firm in their search for a Derivatives/Trading Counsel to join them on an 8 month FTC, to provide interim coverage during a critical period.
Responsibilities include:
- Derivatives & Trading Documentation
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- ISDA Master Agreements
- Credit Support Annexes (CSAs)
- Crypto-specific master trading agreements and repo agreements
- Derivative contracts involving tokens, stablecoins, and synthetic assets
Candidates must have a minimum of four years experience, ideally with exposure to a Crypto business.
