We are partnering with a leading, international Crypto firm in their search for a Derivatives/Trading Counsel to join them on an 8 month FTC, to provide interim coverage during a critical period.

Responsibilities include:

  • Derivatives & Trading Documentation
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
  • ISDA Master Agreements
  • Credit Support Annexes (CSAs)
  • Crypto-specific master trading agreements and repo agreements
  • Derivative contracts involving tokens, stablecoins, and synthetic assets
  • Advising on netting, collateral, and margining in digital asset contexts
  • Candidates must have a minimum of four years experience, ideally with exposure to a Crypto business.
