Our client, an industry-recognised professional body, are looking for an experienced Lettings professional to join their team in Warwick. The role is a phone-based role and will be helping and advising Lettings Agencies across the UK, with queries and regulatory issues. Therefore, a knowledge of the Lettings industry is advantageous along with a good phone manner. This opportunity is available on a hybrid working basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home Working hours of a Lettings Advisor: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm Hybrid role – 3 days in the office, 2 from home The successful Lettings Advisor will be offered: £25,500 Basic KPI Bonus Annual Salary Bonus On Target Earnings of £26,000 Career progression Ongoing Training & Support Free Parking Lettings Advisor Team requirements: Experience in Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law Excellent telephone manner Ability to listen and interpret member enquiries, and provide relevant advice. Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient Microsoft Office. Duties of a Lettings Advisor will include, but will not be limited to: Answering queries via telephone, providing support or signposting legal & compliance queries from members Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
