As our Finishing Supervisor, you’ll lead the team that dishes up and adds the final flourish to our remarkable meals. You’ll make sure every meal meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and pride.
This is more than just a production role — it’s about making sure every meal we send is something we’d serve ourselves.
The Role
Lead by example* – inspire and support your team to meet production targets while upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate workflow – manage the day-to-day operations of the finishing area, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Maintain high standards – ensure all products meet presentation, portion, and packaging expectations.

Champion safety and quality – uphold all H&S and food safety policies, and drive a culture of “right first time.”

Support and develop your team – give feedback, coach, and recognise great work while supporting new starters to settle in and succeed.

Problem-solve with purpose – deal with issues calmly and effectively, always working towards better outcomes for the team and the business.

Communicate clearly – liaise with other departments (prep, kitchen, dispatch, planning, hygiene) to keep the process running smoothly.
Good to Have
* Ability to work effectively within a small team where strong communication is essential to success.
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Catering or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in leading a team, with a focus on maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in a busy preparation department within food manufacturing is highly desirable—this would truly be the icing on the cake!
