Are you an experienced Research Director with a passion for delivering high-quality quantitative research insights across a variety of sectors? We are looking for a skilled and driven individual to lead bespoke research projects and contribute to an innovative and dynamic team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Own and manage key client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives to deliver tailored research solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex research projects, including survey design, data analysis, and report creation. Ensure the timely delivery of insights that drive client decision-making.
- Team Leadership and Development: Oversee a team of researchers, providing mentorship and support to help develop their skills and drive team performance.
- Quality Control: Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all research outputs meet the highest standards and align with client expectations.
- Proposal Writing and Business Development: Write compelling proposals, design bespoke research methodologies, and contribute to business growth by driving new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Methodology Expertise: Utilise both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to deliver actionable insights across diverse sectors, from tech to retail and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in market research, ideally having worked within the Consumer, Media and B2B sectors.
- A strong background in managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects. However, this role is within the quantitative team and therefore being highly experienced within quantitative methodologies is a must.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a quantitative research team, with strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
- Experience in designing bespoke research solutions and writing winning proposals for high-profile clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like SPSS and Excel to deliver meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering impactful insights to senior stakeholders.
