Key Responsibilities: Perform safety inspections on commercial vehicles and trailers as per DVSA standards. Prepare vehicles and trailers for annual MOT inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Conduct welding, fabrication, and body repairs. Attend to breakdowns or accident-damaged vehicles for repairs. Perform scheduled services following manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate repair records and update workshop systems. Coordinate with management to plan repairs and maintenance. Adhere to legislation and health and safety procedures. Keep work areas safe and clean. Attend training courses as required. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisory staff.
