The Role

The Website Manager will play a vital role in owning and evolving the digital presence of Aspect. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our websites are fast, secure, optimized, and continuously aligned with our business goals. From SEO strategy to technical maintenance, Salesforce integration to content updates, you’ll work across multiple functions to ensure the website drives growth, improves user experience, and reflects our brand effectively.

You will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, performance, and uptime of company websites.
  • Manage and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize website structure, speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Create, manage, and publish website content in collaboration with marketing and other departments.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the website and key platforms such as Salesforce and GA4.
  • Monitor and enhance site security, including regular audits, updates, and backups.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with developers and external vendors when needed.
  • Continuously test and implement improvements to enhance UX/UI and customer journey.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building effective digital experiences. Key qualifications include:

  • Solid experience managing corporate websites, preferably in WordPress or a similar CMS.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for minor site customizations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating and managing CRM tools such as Salesforce within a web environment.
  • Understanding of web security practices, including SSL, firewalls, and secure coding principles.
  • Ability to manage content pipelines, create landing pages, and collaborate with content creators and designers.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • Experience in property maintenance, home services, or similar industries is a plus but not essential.
