• Role Title: Development Delivery Analyst/Reporting Analyst (Japanese/English Bilingual)
• Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Day Rate: Umbrella

What You'll Bring:

• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in leading teams or coordinating projects within a reporting or analytics environment.
• A keen eye for detail, with a proactive work ethic and a strong focus on quality.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate dynamic technical settings while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience mentoring colleagues in reporting tools and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with MS .NET Framework environments and hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A background in Business, IT, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a communication hub among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Summarize updates through weekly meetings and daily communications with the development team.
• Ensure the timely flow of accurate information to facilitate decision-making and risk management.
• Prepare bilingual weekly reports (English and Japanese) detailing project progress and challenges.
• Gather project updates from the development team and consolidate them into cohesive status reports.
• Provide clear overviews of weekly accomplishments, tracking ongoing and upcoming tasks.
• Identify project issues and risks, proposing mitigation strategies in your reports.
• Document key decisions made during the reporting period.
• Report essential metrics and performance indicators to gauge overall project health.
• Create customized ad hoc status reports based on stakeholder needs.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones, flagging any deviations.
• Maintain bilingual and contextually appropriate communication and documentation.
• Support proactive risk management throughout the project life cycle.
