Looking for a Technical Writer with experience in writing technical documentation and liaising with the service team.

Role: Technical Writer Contract role - Inside IR35 (remote working)

Duration: 03/2026

Responsible for service assurance, service to go live. Working closely with the Technical Architect and Business Analyst for the end process to put the documentation.

  • Produce user manuals, how-to guides and technical hand-over documentation.
  • Create high level end-to-end process documents for technical workflows.
  • Liase with the in-house Service Transition team and with their guidance evidence project delivery for all sub-projects.
  • O365 PoC - Create Service Transition wrapper, evidence folders, populated with evidence for use with the future 'Live' delivery.
  • Plan, and oversee the delivery of Knowledge Transfer sessions.

Skills:

  • Ability to read, review and understand Technical diagrams.
  • Ability to write technical documentation for an audience of engineers and technical specialists.
  • Understanding of Service Transition to 'Live' Service.
  • Stakeholder Management experience.
