We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department here at Service Care Solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a clear career path and has strong ambition to become a future leader. There is real scope in this position to grow your own team and develop into a management position within the business.
With an existing client base, there is work to come in and hit the ground running alongside Business Development. You will be driven and resilient, with a real passion for success. This position will cover temporary and permanent recruitment across the public sector, private practice and in-house markets with a strong opportunity to expand across these sectors.
As a Senior finance recruitment consultant, you will be liaising with senior-level professionals daily, so strong communication skills are key. Given the size of the market and the scope for progression, this position would also suit someone who is competitive and ambitious and has a real passion for delivering high quality service.
About You:- Previous experience of finance recruitment experience would be highly desirable.
- A proven track-record of business development and evidence of growing your existing market would be essential.
- Evidenced history of generating new business leads, signing terms of business with new clients and driving recruitment sales.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to negotiating job offers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Salary DOE, with a great commission structure.
- Flexible & Hybrid working after initial probationary period, plus early finish on a Friday.
- 30 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per each year of service up to 5 years.
