Computer Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to provide short-term cover within a well-resourced and supportive secondary school. This is a great opportunity to maintain continuity for students and deliver engaging, practical lessons in computing and digital literacy. Beginning Septeber 2025.

Duties as Computer Teacher:

• Teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons that promote problem-solving and digital skills

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed

• Support students with a range of abilities and learning needs

• Maintain a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment

Ideal Computer Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Computer Science or ICT at secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge, particularly in programming, digital systems, and cyber safety

• Good classroom management and communication skills as a Computer Teacher.

• A flexible and collaborative approach to teaching in a short-term role
