- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Minimum of 10–15 years in SAP consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or partner-track role
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in building and growing client accounts
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and deployment models (Cloud, Private, On-Premise)
