Reporting to Head of Broking for Line of Business. Develop broking and placement strategies with the Account Director and Executive. Review slips for key clauses, and Commission Grid Brokerage. Negotiate terms with lead and follow carriers. Ensure market subjectivities are clear and actionable. Manage binding of markets and removal of subjectivities. Communicate broking progress to the Account Director and Account Executive. Ensure accuracy in completing and binding markets on the PPL platform. Complete the Broking Platform for all lines placed and close placement before inception. Ensure timely agreement of slips and endorsements by markets to meet client deadlines. Support AD/AE in client meetings, prospecting, and joint account planning. Support revenue growth initiatives related to SMB, engineering, and commission. Contribute to RFPs with market insights, marketing strategy, placement structure, and pricing. Build and maintain relationships with carriers and support the carrier management team.
