This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, overseeing the transformation of compliance platforms and supporting regulatory navigation in the UK & Europe. Key initiatives include: Transaction monitoring for AML and fraud reduction Screening of account holders and payment counterparties Enhancing operational efficiencies with new tools for a 360-degree view and case management Addressing regulatory reporting and audit requirements This role involves managing compliance activities across multiple product domains, leading recruitment, defining project roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Skills and Experience required: Financial compliance domain expertise, including transaction monitoring, screening, and KYC Experience working with regulators and auditors Management experience of at least 5 people, including product managers Strategic planning and roadmap definition Proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver Project management skills Experience with cloud services and SaaS/PaaS Operational process improvement and continuous improvement mindset Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Data analysis skills for informed decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Edenred PayTech?
