Accounts Officer (Tai Seng, AR & AP)

Record daily bank transactions in the accounting system and reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and promptly identify any discrepancies or irregularities. Process sales orders and general sales invoices, and verify and record all vendor invoices in the system. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and disbursement. Prepare local and export shipment documents as required. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent At least 2-3 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
