Mainstay are excited to be recruiting for Class 2 drivers for our client in Witton, Birmingham. The role involves local deliveries and collections of palletised goods, offloading to business addresses with a pump-truck and a tail-lift. Shifts tend to be 08:00 - 17:00/18:00, a good option for work/life balance.

Drivers with experience are preferred, but this company have a proven track record of helping new pass drivers find a footing in the transport industry. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with no expectation of weekends. Additionally, the client does offer full-time roles to drivers who prove their ability. They also have Class 1 vehicles on site, and Mainstay have previously helped numerous drivers gain Class 2 experience before progressing to the Class 1 work with the same client.

Drivers must have a valid UK driving licence, CPC and digicard.

Pay Rates:

  • £14.00 per hour (holiday accrued)
  • £15.50 per hour (including holiday pay)
