Product Requirements ManagerLocation: Stafford, StaffordshireHourly Rate: £47 per hour UmbrellaDuration: 12 monthsWorking Arrangements: 5 days a week onsite – non negotiable.Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 13:00 About the Role:In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and more—to define and manage product requirements, translate customer needs into product objectives, and support the development of new and existing engine models. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new market introduction projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products with market needs
- Support business case development for future product programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Commercial awareness and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience in new product development
- Knowledge of large engines or electric power applications in Marine, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail
