The Jewelry Product Manager is responsible for the development of the Maisonβs Jewelry category in the UK. You will take ownership of all product-centric initiatives by orchestrating 360 action plans, fostering collaboration with the Retail & Communications teams and utilizing all levers in the marketing scope, namely stock, product trainings and sales tools.
What do we expect of you?
- Work closely with the Communications & Retail teams on strategic priorities and tactical initiatives in accordance with the local product roadmap and target mixes.
- Nurture the Marketing strategy with ideas, based on local business knowledge, market intelligence and clients' insights.
- Prepare & roll out product launches and tailor locally.
- Animate both product categories by proactively developing tools and trainings to support retail performance.
- Manage stock allocations and transfers based on strategic priorities and preparation of client presentations.
- Challenge boutique typologies / assortments / model stocks / allocations in collaboration with UK Retail & Europe Supply chain.
- Manage UK Special Order requests on Jewelry & Timepieces.
Performance Monitoring / Reporting
- Provide comprehensive analysis of local sales and define action plans with Retail teams.
- Participate in monthly gatherings with local and regional counterparts: Marketing Meetings, Retail MarCom Meetings, STOMPs.
- Monitor the level of stock on a bi-weekly basis to ensure a permanent qualitative and quantitative representativeness of all collections.
Budget, LE and Sales Forecasts
- Propose local budgets & LEs from a product perspective.
- Forecast novelty sales.
