Compliance Manager – Investments Location: Bradford, UK Contract: Permanent Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits Job Description: Are you an experienced compliance professional with expertise in investments? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a regulatory consultancy, providing expert advice and solutions across the Investments sector. You will support compliance efforts, helping clients navigate regulatory challenges. Responsibilities: Provide compliance guidance on regulations such as MiFID II, AIFMD, market abuse, and offshore fund establishment. Support regulatory projects, including audits and policy updates. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure their implementation. Build trusted client relationships and advise on best practices. Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of compliance excellence. Qualifications: Experience in investment compliance, preferably with hedge funds and private equity. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, AIFMD, SFTR, EMIR, and SM&CR. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
