We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager who is adept at spearheading member acquisition strategies for our organisation. The candidate must possess profound expertise in analytics and performance marketing, coupled with robust project management skills, and a keenness for detailed reporting and analysis.
As an essential part of our team, you will have direct accountability for enhancing customer conversion rates, optimising revenue, and increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of our members across our SaaS platforms. Your remit will include maximising the efficacy of our paid media campaigns and refining our website\’s landing pages to convert visitors into new members effectively.
A sound understanding of HTML coding is crucial, as you will be tasked with updating and maintaining pages and posts on our WordPress website to support our digital marketing endeavours. Your technical prowess and strategic insight will be vital in driving the growth of our member base and advancing our market position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital marketing strategies focused on acquiring new members, with a strong grasp of performance marketing channels and tactics.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Oversee the creation, testing, and optimisation of landing pages to improve conversion rates and encourage new member sign-ups.
- Use HTML coding skills to update and maintain website content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and promotional campaigns.
- Regularly analyse website performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions and website enhancements.
- Implement and manage tracking tags and pixels through Google Tag Manager to accurately measure campaign performance and user interactions.
- Work with Looker DataStudio (or similar analytics platforms) to create custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, on-brand content that supports acquisition efforts and enhances user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to continually refine digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying new ideas to keep our acquisition strategies ahead of the curve.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
