Job Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a Valuations Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' investment portfolios are accurately maintained and reflect their true value. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Maintenance: Efficiently set up and maintain clientsβ portfolio records, ensuring they are always up-to-date and accurately reflect stock transactions, holdings, tax costs, and values.
- Documentation: Record every portfolio adjustment meticulously to maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Daily Updates: Verify and update stock records daily to ensure the accuracy of information for all client holdings.
- Probate Valuations: Organise probate valuations on behalf of brokers, providing timely and accurate assessments.
- Client Reporting: Maintain the contents of client reports, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and informative.
- Broker Liaison: Collaborate with brokers to clarify or request additional information related to portfolio updates.
- Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Data Accuracy: Liaise with data providers to request or verify the accuracy of data feeds.
- Software Testing: Participate in testing new software releases to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively raise and address any issues with the relevant departments.
- Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable duties as required for this role.
Knowledge and Skills:
