The Relationship Support Manager (RSM) is a pivotal role, working alongside the Relationship Directors, to support, build and maintain relationships with our customer base. The RSM will provide a telephone-based service to warm leads, from our partnerships, from initial contact with the prospect through to deal payout. You will deliver pre and post deal sales support to the RD team and maximise conversion of leads and adherence to the service level agreements. Office based, you will have continual contact with both internal and external customers, therefore the ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be paramount.
Required skills/experience:
- Operational administration experience, ideally from a financial services or sales background
- Ability to learn and navigate systems including CRM systems
- Experience within an Asset Finance role is desirable
- Proven business development skills
- Ability to continually assess operational risks, taking account changing economic or market conditions and risk and regulatory requirements
- Self-motivated and passionate about achieving targets
- Accurate reporting skills
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
