A growing construction consultancy firm is searching for an Associate Director to join the expanding team based in Loughborough. Our client is a growing Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy based in Leicestershire delivering expert quantity surveying, project management and employer's agent services across the UK. They have successfully completed projects in multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Local Authority, Healthcare and Industrial.

Requirements:
- Experience working for a Private Practice / Construction Consultancy
- Able to work independently and with a proactive approach
- A good communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and industry qualification
Responsibilities:
- Attending networking events and identifying opportunities for new business
- Delivering surveying services to public and private sector clients
- Responsible for projects through all project stages
- Mentoring more junior colleagues
The Package:
- Basic Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
- 33 days holiday (including statutory days)
- Paid training and professional fees
- Company Bonus Scheme
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate your experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a construction consultancy.
