About The Role Weβre seeking an experienced solicitor or barrister to join our Legal team during a maternity leave at Nucleus. This role offers an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team that promotes strong legal risk management and compliance across the group. Responsibilities Advising on and negotiating contracts Supporting the Group with product advice, drafting agreements, and customer communications Assisting the Distribution team with adviser and fund manager agreements Reviewing policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, including data protection and Consumer Duty Collaborating with outside counsel on issues Contributing to strategic change projects About You You are a problem-solver, motivated by doing the right thing, with excellent research skills. You understand individual and team needs, are thorough, detail-oriented, and persistent in achieving the best outcomes. You communicate confidently, build relationships, and support a positive team environment.
