We have a fantastic opportunity for Subsidence Claims Technicians, UK wide on a hybrid basis. You will manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims, being the focal point for clients and guiding them through the claims process from start to finish. This role demands strong organisational skills, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.

With the benefit of training and colleague support, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience managing subsidence claims. You will be able to put yourself in our customers’ shoes, see the full picture and make decisions based on the facts, treating all claims on their individual merits.   • Experience in managing property claims: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: You will speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
  • Conscientious and hard-working in order to achieve the required results, as well as being flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes.
