Ready to elevate enablement at scale? We\’re looking for someone to take everything we’ve built so far in sales enablement—tools, training, content, processes—and make it sharper, more strategic, and more impactful. You’ll be the expert voice guiding what great enablement looks like across MindGym, and the person the business turns to when it wants to sell more, better, faster. What you’ll be doing.. You’ll be our Sales Enablement Manager, building a function that: · Develops onboarding and training that ramps up reps fast—and keeps them sharp · Creates tools, playbooks and assets reps actually want to use · Tracks what’s working and fixes what’s not, based on data not guesswork · Brings together Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to drive consistent performance You’ll own key projects like Sales Kickoffs, onboarding programmes and content strategies. While you won’t manage a team directly, you’ll have help from across the business and be the go-to lead for making sales enablement successful.
