Account Manager in Burgess Hill

Lloyd Recruitment Servies are working with an established organisation in the outskirts of Burgess Hill. They are looking to hire a B2B Account Manager to join their fun and thriving team.

As Account Manager, you\’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing B2B clients-developing trusted partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring service excellence. This role offers the chance to work with leading-edge products in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where your impact will be tangible and valued.

Key duties of the Account Manager:

• Respond to inbound client enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Generate quotations and convert into sales
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions
• Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and client feedback to senior leadership

Experience/skills required:

• Proven experience in account management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A commercially driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
