They have a great opportunity for a resourcing consultant to join the growing team. This is going to be a key role within the team and will include:

• Filling bookings for clients with speed and accuracy.
• Taking vacancies information from existing clients and fact-finding to ensure all requirements are met.
• Advertising roles and updating social media.
• Recruitment administration.
• Collecting and administering timesheets.
• Acting as a point of reference and support for job seekers.
• Answering queries.
• Sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable applicants.
• Liaising with clients, attending their premises and providing solutions to any queries they may have.

Recruitment agency experience is essential for this role. We need you to have a thorough understanding of the process. You will be a team player with a proactive and positive outlook, as well as be able to demonstrate that you are a lateral thinker and that you can work using your initiative.
