Customer Service Advisor Inbound in Northwich

This is a flexible working role as long as you can commit to working every other weekend you can work your hours around this either part time or full time.

My client is looking for friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic people to join their Customer Service team inNorthwich! This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, established team where youll help people plan their holidaysand feel great doing it.

What the job involves:

• Talking to customersbefore and after they book their holidayby phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Making outbound callsto update customers on any changes or amendments on their booking.
• Receive inbound calls andanswering any questions, solving problems, and making sure each customer feels looked after.
• Keeping track of yourtargets(dont worrywell help you hit them!).
• Working as a teamto make sure things run smoothly for our customers.
• Making sure everything you do follows our privacy and data protection policies.

Wed love to hear from you if you:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Are apeople person friendly, positive, and easy to talk to.
• Cancommunicate clearly whether youre chatting on the phone or writing an email.
• Are happy working in abusy, fast-paced environment(it makes the day fly by!).
• Enjoy working with others and being part of asupportive team.
• Have anycustomer service or sales experience(not essential, but a bonus!).
• Know a bit about travel in Europe this can really help when chatting with customers.
