Key responsibilities for a Operations Administrator:
- Monitoring a shared inbox and taking ownership for enquiries relating to your customers.
- Processing orders for bulk, independent and dropship customers.
- Processing orders using the inhouse system.
- Using in house system to arrange bookings and processing delivery notes to the warehouse.
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails from retail and end consumer enquiries.
- Liaising with the Shipping team and advising customers of amendments to delivery dates.
Key Skills for a Operations Administrator:
- Strong administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate in a clear, well structured, concise manner.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to learn multiple customer IT systems.
