A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel\’s effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Taking and inputting guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently
