As Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), we have the highest levels of certification in the profession for treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Our facilities are equipped to offer our patients an excellent opportunity to reach their optimal functional abilities. Job Description We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team as a Clinic Director . This is an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an existing clinic with a high level of patient care and friendly environment, where your performance will be rewarded. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility; focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing of facility and staff development along with clinic care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college CHT certification Hands experience required Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Current state of Massachusetts license, CPR certification. Outgoing and energetic personality. Ability to market the clinic.
