We are looking for a technically adept Product Manager to lead the delivery of our Science, AI, and Oracle product pods. You’ll act as the single point of truth for your product lines, owning delivery timelines, value generation, and strategic alignment. This role is vital to scaling our platform and unlocking the potential of our scientific and AI-driven technologies.
Must-have requirements:
- Proven experience (3–6 years) in product management with a focus on data, AI/ML, or technical domains.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, especially within Agile environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and backend developers.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to translate technical details into business value and vice versa.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard (or similar tools), and Agile project management frameworks.
Desirable requirements:
- Familiarity with geospatial data, remote sensing, or environmental modelling.
- Background or education in data science, ML, or statistics.
- Experience managing ML lifecycle projects and model delivery pipelines.
- Exposure to sustainability, climate tech, or supply chain risk sectors.
What the job involves:
- Own the roadmap, prioritisation, backlog, and delivery timelines for Science, AI & Oracle pods.
- Lead product ceremonies: PRFAQs, sprint planning, story mapping, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and internal stakeholders to define and deliver high-value functionality.
- Maintain and manage JIRA and Productboard, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
- Drive execution in line with Treefera’s strategic objectives and ensure customer value delivery.
- Act as the liaison between platform teams and business stakeholders (e.g., Customer success, GTM).
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your pods.
